This is the first time we had to order replacement parts for this wheelchair personally. Since this purchase was out of pocket and it was an older chair, it was a bit difficult trying to figure out exactly what we needed. Once we were able to locate the Model # we were directed to the exact wheels that we needed. I was a little over cautious because I didn't want to have to return them if they didn't fit. Tahni was very helpful and friendly and continued to answer my questions until I fully understood and trusted they were the correct wheels. Thank you for being patient with me. The wheels were delivered and are FANTASTIC. We are 100% satisfied!
